Delete your Quitup account

You can delete your account and data yourself, inside the app.

In the app

1. Open Quitup and tap the profile icon at the top right.
2. Go to Account and data.
3. Choose Delete my account and data and confirm.

What is deleted

Your account, private profile, room membership, messages you wrote, notification token, and pending sparks.

How long data is kept

Deleting your account removes this data right away. Chat messages are also deleted automatically within 3 days even if you never delete your account, and a copy of a reported message is kept for 15 days.

Can't open the app?

Reinstall Quitup and delete from inside it, or email support@quitup.app.
